1990 - founded Maryhill Consulting in 1990 after completing an Associated Arts and Sciences Diploma in Computer Systems Management at Capilano College in North Vancouver, where he earned the Governor General's Silver Medal for Academic Achievement.
1995 - Pat became a Microsoft Certifed Trainer (MCT) and Microsoft Product Specialist (MCPS) specializing in MS-Project and MS-Access.
July 2003 - Pat completed a Creative Writing Certificate at SFU and the following year was appointed to the SFU Writer's Studio Advisory Board.
December 2005 - achieved Apple Certified Professional - Final Cut Pro Level 1 certification.
Spring 2006 - achieved Apple Certified Professional - DVD Pro Level 1 and Motion 2 Level 1 certification.
August 2006 - Joined Nexient Learning as contract Project Management facilitator and trainer.
November 2006 - certified as Project Management Professional (PMI).
As a project leader and consultant, Pat has provided project management services for both small and large organizations in a variety of sectors including healthcare, telecommunications, government, utilities, finance, biotechnology, and education.
